Lindsay, the eldest of three daughters grew up in Hudson Valley, New York where she ran Varsity Track. As a personal trainer Lindsay educates women about fitness and their bodies. She teaches a myriad of classes including, but not limited to: Cardio Pump, Boot Camp, Bosu Balancing, Core ball training, lower body sculpting, urban rebounding and plyometrics. Lindsay has won six overall fitness titles and has racked up four 2nd place finishes. She has recently become known as Ms. Fitness America 2008. Lindsay's work ethic and determination has landed her in the pages of Women's Health, Runner's World, Shape, Muscle and Fitness, Muscle and Fitness Hers, Oxygen and Fitness magazines. She has also graced the covers of Oxygen and Muscle and Fitness Hers. She is a contributing writer for various women's fitness publications.
